I have had some life changing experiences and growth that has made me more aware that life is so precious. We should be creating a life that makes us happy, whole and loved. Life should not be wasted, but embraced to live with pride, grace and purpose.
If you have experienced a loss of a loved one by suicide, illness, unexpected death, or perhaps delt with someone facing Dementia? Or have gone through a divorce that has given you a new path? I want people to know that in the midst of one the saddest and difficult times of their lives, they are not alone.
Episodes will relay heartfelt stories, self-care awareness, and provide encouragement to help build a life filled with peace, purpose, and hope.

I’m so happy you’re here! I’ve been looking forward to this day for a long time. I hope you enjoy the new topics, featuring lighthearted conversations, reflections on life’s challenges, and plenty of funny moments. Because sometimes, we all just need to unwind, share a laugh, and enjoy the little things together.
Episode #1: I am here to share stories, experiences and insight on various topics that have to do with living your best life, reaching your dreams, allowing yourself to explore and find what makes you happy. Happy and proud of the person you are. I am a big believer of living your best life now, today because life is too short. I believe that everyone can still think of something that they still want to accomplish. Have you thought about “what they have done in my life”,and wonder” have I done enough or what else can I do.” You may have these thoughts after a loss or something causing a big change in your life. I have, and that’s why I am so passionate about being here with you today. I understand that that we are all on different paths, I will be provide different topics and opportunities empowering you to decide what resonates and aligns with you. Today, I’d like to share some audio clips from my last season. Episode #1 Venita Venita Bowe shared her heartfelt story of loss and how helping and teaching others is what brings her joy and strength. When I asked if there was someone who she took after, she said her Grandmother. As a little girl she remembers how she enjoyed life. She did not teach it, she was it!!! Travel creates a place for personal exploration and reconnecting
